Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All orders ship from our own warehouse in Toms River, New Jersey. Nothing is drop-shipped.

 

How fast we pack your order

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.

 

Shipping inside the United States

We ship domestic orders with USPS. Rates are calculated by weight at checkout:

 

FREE Economy shipping on every order of $50 or more - arrives in 5-8 business days

Economy, up to 5 lb: $4.90 - arrives in 5-8 business days

Economy, 5 to 70 lb: $19.90 - arrives in 5-8 business days

Standard, up to 1 lb: $6.90 - arrives in 3-4 business days

Standard, 1 to 5 lb: $9.90 - arrives in 3-4 business days

 

Delivery estimates are business days from the day your order ships, and do not include the packing time above.

 

International shipping

We ship worldwide. At checkout you will see live rates for your address from USPS (First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International) and DHL Express Worldwide.

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their own country. Where DHL Express is available, you can prepay duties at checkout so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

 

Tracking your order

You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing scans.

 

If something goes wrong

Carrier delays happen, especially around the holidays. If your order has not arrived within a week of its estimated delivery date, or it arrives damaged, email us at teriscibetta@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct an address before an order ships, but once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.
